I oversee the day-to-day operations here at Cambs-PAT, bringing with me a background in retail operations management, delivering excellent customer service, improving efficiency and leading successful teams are at the heart of what I do. Since joining Cambs-PAT, my focus has been on building upon our strong reputation by continually improving our processes and ensuring we provide a reliable, professional service to every customer.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my young family, travelling whenever I get the chance, and escaping to the water for a spot of fishing!

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to grow and lead successful businesses, and I bring that experience to Cambs-PAT every day. I'm committed to continually improving the way we work, investing in our people, and embracing new technologies and services that add value for our customers.

As Cambs-PAT continues to grow, my goal is to expand our range of electrical compliance services while maintaining the personal approach, responsiveness, and attention to detail that our clients have come to expect.

Sharron Glass

Customer Service Lead

After recently returning to Cambs-PAT, where I previously spent eight years, I've taken on the role of Customer Service Lead. I'm passionate about delivering excellent customer service, supporting our clients, and ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, swimming, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether I'm exploring somewhere new or simply enjoying the fresh air, I like to keep active and make the most of my free time.

Samantha Glass

Accounts Administrator

Working at Cambs-PAT for over three years, I am a detailed-orientated professional with experience in data analysis, producing customer reports, and managing invoicing processes. I enjoy working with data to deliver accurate insights to our customers and supporting business operations. 

Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family and friends.
